How do you take an idea explored at a Summer School and make it useful in your own teaching? That question is at the heart of the upcoming AI-TEACH online event.
Designed as a follow-up for participants of the AI-TEACH Summer School, this interactive session on 30 September offers a chance to revisit what they learned and consider what it means for their own educational practice. Together, participants will explore the competencies teachers need to work effectively and responsibly with AI, drawing on research and their own experiences.
A Mentimeter dialogue will help participants connect the Summer School’s key themes to their professional contexts. What opportunities do they see? Where do they need more support? And what should teacher professional development focus on next?
The session will also include a practical demonstration using Gemini Notebook. Participants will explore how AI can help organise information and reduce the mental effort involved in complex learning and working processes, while keeping human judgement central.
Finally, participants will reflect on the Summer School, revisit resources and deliverables developed through AI-TEACH, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
Please note: This is a closed event for AI-TEACH Summer School participants only.
